Nikhil Agarwal, Senior Research Analyst
Nikhil has joined First Voyager Advisors in 2024. Prior to
that ,Nikhil was working with Tusks Investment as Senior
Associate. Before that he was Vice President & CFO in
Waldies Compound Ltd. He is a qualified Chartered Financial
Analyst. He has done his B. Tech in Mechanical engineering
from IIT Kharagpur. He started his career in 2015.

Faiz Bhanji, Research Analyst
Faiz joined First Voyager Advisors in 2026. Faiz was
previously a Senior Associate at Gaja Capital, a mid-market
PE firm. Prior to that, he was in the investment team at
WaterBridge Ventures, an early-stage VC, and began his
career in 2018 doing M&A and PE advisory at Deloitte. He has
cleared all three levels of the CFA program and holds an MBA
from INSEAD.

Dheeraj Reddy, Research Analyst
Dheeraj joined First Voyager Advisors in 2026. He was
previously part of TVS Capital, a mid-market PE firm. Prior
to that, he was with Global Markets team at Nomura - where
he began his career in 2019. He has cleared two levels of
the CFA program and holds his bachelors degree from IIT
Madras

Vijay Jain, Head of Operations
Vijay has been with First Voyager Advisors in Mumbai since
inception. Prior to that he was a partner and head of
accounting and audit for the financial services sector at
Mittal & Mehrotra in Mumbai where he spent 9 years. He also
handled all inspections and audits carried out by the
regulator as well as taxation matters for his clients. Vijay
graduated with a Bachelors of Commerce degree from
University of Mumbai in 1994 and completed his CA
certification from Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India in 1996.
